营养科简介
 

营养科成立于2012年5月,为医院医技科室之一,现有专业技术人员3人,其中营养医师2人,营养护士1人。主要负责患者营养风险筛查、营养门诊、住院患者营养会诊、危重病人肠内肠外营养治疗及临床营养相关教学、科研等工作,定期开办讲座对患者及其照顾者进行疾病营养知识、营养相关护理指导,同时负责院内医务人员、后勤营养相关人员的营养教育,促进营养治疗在临床综合治疗中的合理应用。
营养不良风险在我国病患中发生率极高,医学营养治疗(Medical Nutrition Therapy MNT)是多种疾病及其并发症预防、治疗、自我管理以及教育的重要组成部分。通过改善摄入营养素结构,调整体内物质代谢,有助于预防并纠正营养不良。
科室开设营养门诊,营养门诊主要针对糖尿病、高脂血症、痛风等代谢性疾病患者,肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤、脑梗死、肥胖病、长期管道喂养、手术后恢复期等具有营养不良风险者,以及孕妇、乳母、老龄等需要特殊饮食指导者。中医院营养门诊利用西医临床营养学对就诊患者实施营养风险筛查、规范全日营养素摄入,同时运用中医“辩证”思想根据患者病情的寒热虚实,结合病人体质进行选食配膳,将中医食疗“药食同源”理论贯彻发挥,中西医结合营养治疗对患者进行膳食指导,达到病人恢复健康、维持健康的目的。
Nutrition Department was established in May 2012, one of the hospital medical department. There are three professional technicians, including 2 nutrition doctors and 1 nutrition nurse. Nutrition is mainly responsible for nutritional risk screening for patients, nutrition clinic, inpatient nutrition consultation, critically ill patients with enteral nutrition treatment and parenteral nutrition treatment. And it also responsible for clinical nutrition-related teaching, research and other work. It provide regular lectures on patients and their caregivers for nutritional knowledge of the disease, and nutrition-related nursing instruction. At the same time,Nutrition is also responsible for hospital medical staff, logistics nutrition related personnel nutrition education. In order to promote the rational application of nutritional therapy in clinical comprehensive treatment.
The risk of malnutrition in Chinese patients is extremely high . Medical Nutrition Therapy is an important part of the prevention, treatment, self-management and education of various diseases and complications. By improving the intake of nutrients, adjust the body of material metabolism, help to prevent and correct malnutrition.
Nutrition clinic mainly for those with metabolic diseases such as diabetes, hyperlipidemia, gout and so on, those with a malnutrition risk disease such as renal insufficiency, malignant tumors, cerebral infarction, obesity, long-term pipeline feeding, postoperative recovery and so on. As well as pregnant women, nurse, aging and other special diet guide.
