肿瘤科简介
首都医科大学附属南陵县中医医院肿瘤科成立于1968年，是国内最早建立的中西医结合肿瘤专科之一。经过近50年的不懈努力，已发展成为集医疗、教学、科研三位于一体的专业肿瘤防治机构。目前是国家临床重点专科、国家中医药管理局重点学科及重点专科建设单位、北京市中医管理局重点学科及重点专科、北京中医药学会肿瘤专业委员会主委单位。
肿瘤科以着名中西医结合专家郁仁存教授为学术带头人，王笑民教授为学科带头人，坚持中西医结合发展方向，突出中医特色。经过多年的科学探索和临床实践，构建了完整的中西医结合肿瘤诊疗体系，形成了独特的学术特色和专科优势。先后承担国家及省部局级课题五十余项，取得科研成果多项。我科还承担北京中医药大学及首都医科大学中医药学院的教学工作，是中西医结合肿瘤专业博士、硕士研究生培养单位。
南陵县中医医院肿瘤科设有门诊、病房、微创治疗室、名老中医工作站和肿瘤研究室、实验室，下设二级科室血液科。年门诊量超过90000人次。病房拥有三个病区，各类病床85张，医疗设施完备，环境舒适，开展中医、化疗，放疗、分子靶向治疗以及包括肿瘤微创治疗（介入、消融等）在内的多学科综合治疗，年住院患者超过2800人次。实验室配有先进的实验设备，可以进行肿瘤相关分子生物学、细胞生物学等方面的实验工作，为临床和科研提供有力支持。
多年来在中医辨证施治、整体观念理论指导下，积极探索个体化综合治疗，我们建立了肺癌、乳腺癌、大肠癌、肝癌、胃癌、胰腺癌、血液病及中医外治法、肿瘤微创治疗等一系列诊疗规范，取得确切疗效。应用中西医结合手段，治疗各类恶性肿瘤，能够发挥抑制肿瘤生长、配合放化疗增效减毒、改善临床症状、延长患者生存，提高生存质量等作用。开发出固本抑瘤系列方、化瘀丸、固本消瘤胶囊、血余蛋黄油、中药穴贴等多种特色中药制剂。

Established in 1968, the Oncology Department of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (affiliated to the Capital Medical University),was one of the earliest cancer centers in the field of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in China. Over more than 50 yearswithtremendous efforts, this department has become aflourishing prevention and control organizationofcancer to delivering state-of-the art clinical care, innovative scientific research and rigorous medical education.At present,itis awarded as the national clinical key specialty. It is also a key disciplineand key specialty construction unit accredited by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (SATCM). This department is acknowledged as a key discipline and specialty of Beijing Municipal Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and a chairman unit of Cancer Specialized Committee of Beijing Association of Chinese Medicine.
The oncology department is instructed by Professor Yu Rencun as the academic leader, a well-known expert of integrated traditionalChinese and western medicine and by Professor Wang Xiaomin as thespecialty leader.Our department insists on the direction of development of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and highlights the characteristicsof traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). After years of scientific exploration and clinical practice, we have constructed an intact cancer diagnosis and treatment system of integrated traditional Chinese andwestern medicine, and formed theunique academic characteristics and specialty advantages. Presently, we have successivelyundertaken more than 50 kinds of projects at national, ministerial and provincial level that havegained several achievements. Meanwhile, our department isalsoin charged with teaching task for medical students from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Capital Medical University. In addition, itservesasatraining basefor master and doctoral degree in the field ofintegrated traditionalChinese and western medicine of oncology.
Currentlyour cancer center consistsofoutpatientdepartment, inpatient department, minimally invasive therapeutic room, seniorTCM masterworkstation, research lab, and hematology as a sub-department.There are more than 90,000 outpatients visiting the clinics per year. Our center offers 85 beds in three wards which accept more than 2800 times treatmentannually. In our ward, we boastthe comfortable environment and perfect medical facilities. Besides, we providemultidisciplinary treatmentincluding TCM treatment, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy and minimally invasive treatment (intervention andablation techniques). What’smore, thelabpresently possessesadvanced apparatus and equipment which can undertake the task of tumor related research of molecular and cellularso as to provide convenience for both clinic and scientific research.
Under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation and holism theory, we establish a series ofcancerrelated diagnosis and treatment guidelines containing lung cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, hemopathy, external treatment of TCM, and minimal invasive treatment of cancer. All of these acquire therapeutic effects. Application of the combined TCM and western medicine for treatment of various malignanttumorplays a role in following aspects:inhibiting the growth of tumor, synergism and toxicity reduction with chemotherapy, improving clinical manifestation, extending life expectancyand enhancing life quality of patients.Based on the reliable therapeutic effect, we developvarious unique TCM preparations comprising Gu Ben Yi Liuserial drugs, Hua Yu Wan Fang, Xue Yu Dan Huang You, paste for acupoint application and others.
