干部保健科成立于八十年代初，具有悠久的干部保健历史。目前科室内设置老年门诊(老年病门诊请确认)、综合门诊和综合病房，是一个环境优雅，相对独立的医疗服务区域，主要面向老年患者、司局级以上在职和离退休干部提供健康体检，门诊和住院及健康教育一体化的保健医疗服务。科室现有医护人员21人，主任医师1名，副主任医师2名，主治医师4人;病房床位30张，配有中央监护仪和多种中西医诊疗设备。
老年门诊提供老年营养、老年康复、眩晕、帕金森病等专业医疗服务，治疗上突出中医特色，疗效可靠。综合门诊拥有一批国家级和北京市级名老中医应诊，形成了以心脑血管病、免疫病、糖尿病等疾病的诊疗优势。综合病房以中西医结合特色和危重病救治特长。科室护理团队以护师和主管护师为主要力量，在老年慢病护理、康复和中医疗法上形成专业特色。
